Haha, I know I'm responding really late. ;
But unfortunately I only went to A-Kon for a little bit on Saturday, though I did get to run into them for a bit. :3
Actually, I'm not sure where I got it. My parents bought it for me for Christmas, and I had fun trying to get the spikes to stay up better. Though it was pretty much pre-styled, but I've had to adjust it each time I wear it.
And yes, it's a wig, not my real hair.

Your costumes are fantastic, I especially love your Time Jump Naruto in Kyubi form. I actually did a pre-time jump Kiba costume for AX 06, but almost everyone at AX that year did a costume from Naruto it seems!

Thanks very very much though! And it's not just like that at AX, it's like that at basically every anime convention everywhere. Naruto kinda took over any other fandom that had been popular. Ah well, doesn't stop me from cosplaying as a villian from Naruto at my next con. :3 (Cause my Naruto ish retired. >.> Heh... )
Funny you say that, because I'm working on a Naruto villain myself actually (Won't say who, because I'm not sure if I'll even be able to go to the con, so I'll have to save him for another time <_<
